Embroidery
The only method built for medical laundering.
Embroidery is the industry standard for healthcare uniform embroidery — the only method that survives industrial laundering, meets accreditation identification requirements, and stays legible cycle after cycle. For nursing homes, clinics, dental practices, and veterinary teams, the stitched name and role is the difference between a compliant uniform program and a compliance risk.

Direct to Film
For the small run, the temp, the one-off.
DTF handles the pieces embroidery doesn't quite fit — smaller print runs for facilities that need medical uniform printing at low quantities, temporary staff pieces, or full-color art on scrub tops. No minimums, works on scrub-friendly fabrics, wash-durable.
For ongoing uniform programs, embroidery is the right call and we'll steer you there. For the one-off order, the department-specific piece, or a full-color design that stitching can't reproduce — DTF is the answer.

Screen Printing
For events, campaigns, and appreciation days.
Screen printing is what we run when healthcare orders shift from uniform to event — Nurses Week tees, service-anniversary shirts, staff-appreciation runs, community health-fair merch, blood-drive shirts. Bulk pricing kicks in at 24+ pieces and drops per-shirt cost to a level that works for organization-wide events.
Screen printing doesn't survive industrial laundering, so it's the wrong method for uniforms. For everything else a facility might order, it's the right one.
