What they order most
The methods schools lean on.
Four ways we put a school's identity on a garment — from one custom senior class t-shirt to a full varsity uniform program. Every method runs in our Kenosha shop.
01 · Method
Direct to Film
The go-to for custom school t-shirts.
Direct to film — DTF — is the print method schools reach for the most. Full-color, photo-quality, no minimums, works on any fabric — which is exactly the shape of most school orders. One senior class shirt or a booster's fundraiser run of thirty, we price it the same way and turn it around fast.
DTF is what makes gradient designs, detailed mascots, and photo-realistic senior class art possible on custom school t-shirts. Cotton, polyester, blends, lights or darks — the print survives the wash and doesn't crack after a semester in a locker room.

02 · Method
Screen Printing
Where volume wins.
Screen printing still wins one specific job for schools: high volume of a single design. When a school store needs 300 pep rally tees, when a PE department needs the same t-shirt across every grade, when a whole-school event is buying at 200+ pieces — screen printing brings the per-shirt cost down further than any other method.
For most other school orders, we'd steer you toward DTF — no minimums, no color limits, cheaper for small runs. But for the annual back-to-school spirit wear order, tournament apparel at scale, or the district-wide staff shirt push, screen printing is the right call and always will be.

03 · Method
Embroidery
Faculty, coaches, and varsity tradition.
Embroidery is stitched into the garment, not printed on top. It survives the wash indefinitely, holds up through weather, and reads as premium the moment someone puts it on. For schools, that means coach polos that still look sharp in year three, faculty apparel that doesn't fade after a summer of washing, and letterman jackets that carry the tradition of the program.
We handle embroidered school uniforms across every setting — faculty polos and button-downs, coach quarter-zips, athletic director apparel, administrative team gear, and the varsity letterman jackets that get handed down with the team culture. Custom mascot digitizing is included on runs over 24 pieces.

04 · Method
Sublimation
Custom jerseys, edge to edge.
Sublimation is how full-color custom jerseys actually get made — the ink goes into the fabric, not on top, so the design lasts as long as the shirt does. Full coverage, edge to edge, no cracking, no fading, no seams in the print.
For schools, sublimation is what we run for varsity basketball uniforms, volleyball kits, cheer uniforms, soccer jerseys, and any school team apparel where the look has to be dialed. Fully custom design, roster names and numbers, sponsor placement — the whole program built once and reorderable in season.
