01 · Method
Sublimation
The only method built for a real custom jersey.
Sublimation is the standard for custom jerseys and sublimated kits — the ink dyes into the fabric so the design is edge-to-edge, full-color, and permanent. No cracking, no peeling, no fading through a season of hot washes and hard wear. For soccer, hockey, lacrosse, and any sport where the kit itself is the design, sublimation is the answer.
We handle sublimated jerseys, reversible pinnies, warm-ups, and full club-kit programs — with team colors, club crests, sponsor logos, and roster names all built into the kit at production. Roster changes for next season pull from the same digital file, so consistency across age groups and years is automatic.

Screen Printing
The workhorse — practice tees, supporter merch, bulk runs.
Screen printing is what we run when a team needs volume at price — the practice tee for the whole roster, the parent supporter shirt for the stands, the fundraiser hoodie for the boosters. Bulk pricing kicks in at 24+ pieces and drops per-shirt cost to a level that makes a real merch program possible even on a small program budget.
For jerseys where the design is simpler (baseball especially), screen printing pairs beautifully with heat-pressed or embroidered names and numbers — the same look kids grew up seeing on the pros. Cost-effective, durable through a season, and fast to print in bulk.

DTF is how we hit the tightest timelines. Same-day names and numbers when the roster changes, one-off custom jerseys for a new player, or full-color art on individual pieces. No minimums, works on any garment, wash-durable through a season.
For championship reorders, DTF is the tool that makes 5-day turnarounds real — new design refreshed, printed, and packed while the sublimation queue would still be warming up. When the schedule collapses, this is what we reach for.
