Do you accept walk-ins or do I need an appointment?

You’re welcome to walk in during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM weekdays). For order consultations and design reviews, we recommend calling ahead or booking an appointment so we can give you our full attention. Saturday visits are by appointment only.

Is there parking at the Kenosha shop?

Free street parking is available near the studio. We’re a short walk from the lakefront for anyone parking nearby. (Exact entrance details confirmed when you book.)

Question 3

What’s the fastest you can produce an order at the Kenosha shop?

Accepted Answer

For most screen-printed orders, 3 business days is the realistic minimum (with a rush fee). For heat press orders (names, numbers, single-piece personalization), same-day or next-day is possible if we have the garments in stock. Call before you place a rush order so we can confirm the timeline.

Can I bring my own garments to be printed or embroidered?

Yes. We charge a slightly lower per-piece rate when you supply your own garments. Drop them off at the Kenosha studio and we’ll quote the print/embroidery work based on what you bring in.

Do you ship from Kenosha to other states?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship nationwide from the Kenosha shop. Most orders go out via UPS or USPS Ground. Local delivery within 25 miles of the studio is free on orders over $500. For out-of-state orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

What’s the difference between visiting the Kenosha studio vs. a satellite location?

Accepted Answer

Production happens at Kenosha. Our satellite studios are local-presence operations for client meetings, drop-offs, and order pickups. If you need to see a sample, watch the press run, or pick something up the same day, Kenosha is the place.

Question 7

Do you offer tours of the shop for schools or community groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we love showing kids how screen printing works. School groups, youth programs, and community organizations can book a tour by emailing hello@imagineu.com. We typically host tours on Friday afternoons.
