Custom sublimated jerseys
Soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey. Names, numbers, sponsor logos, all-over graphics — all integrated into the fabric, not stuck on top.

Cycling & running apparel
High-detail, edge-to-edge designs on technical fabric. Sublimation excels where performance and visual impact both matter.

All-over print tees
Designs that cover the entire shirt front to back, sleeve to sleeve. Made from cut-and-sew panels rather than printed on pre-made garments.

Sponsor-heavy team apparel
Designs with multiple logos, gradients, and photographic elements that screen printing can't handle. Sublimation has no color count limit.

Polyester accessories
Headbands, arm sleeves, mouth guard sleeves, socks. Polyester goods that sublimation prints flawlessly and seamlessly.

From concept to kit.
Design consult
Tell us the order specs and design concept. We help develop the design to maximize the sublimation method's strengths.
2–3 days
Proof + revisions
Visual proof of the full kit (jersey, shorts, accessories) before any production. Two rounds of revisions included.
3–5 days
Production
Designs are printed on transfer paper, then heat-pressed onto polyester where the ink turns to gas and bonds directly with the fibers.
10–14 days
Pickup or ship
Sublimated apparel ships nationwide. Local pickup at the Kenosha studio.
1–3 day ship

Sublimation requires polyester or 90%+ poly blend fabric. We'll recommend the right method if your project calls for cotton.

| Fabric requirements | Fiber: Polyester or polymer-coated textiles only. 100% poly gives the brightest color; 60%+ blends work, but vibrancy drops as poly content drops. Base color: White or light. Sublimation ink is transparent, so dark fabrics need a white underbase or special finishing. Weight: Standard apparel weights (150–260 g/m²) press best. Performance knits and poly blends are ideal; very heavy fabrics can hurt transfer quality. Surface: Must be heat-stable and porous. Avoid vinyl finishes or coatings not made for sublimation. Prep: Pre-press performance fabrics and follow supplier specs. Test before production. Care: Choose fabrics rated for wash durability so the print holds. |
