How long until I hear back?

Within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday). Most requests get a response same-day. If you submit late Friday or over the weekend, you’ll hear back by Monday end of day.

Is the quote binding?

No. A quote is our best estimate based on the information you provided. If something changes about your order — quantity, garment style, design complexity — the price may adjust. We’ll always confirm final pricing before we start production.

What if I don’t know what method I need?

Pick “Not sure — help me pick” on the project step. We’ll recommend the right method based on your quantity, design, and use case. Most of the time the answer is screen printing or embroidery, but we’ll point you to DTF or sublimation if those make more sense.

Do you need finished artwork to give a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. A rough description of what you want is enough for an initial quote. If you have artwork, attach it — it helps us give a more accurate estimate. If you don’t, we can build the quote on the assumption of standard design complexity, then adjust once we see the final art.

Is there a minimum order for quotes?

Accepted Answer

No — ask us about any project, including single-piece personalization. For screen printing the minimum is 12 pieces; for embroidery it’s six pieces; for direct-to-film (DTF) there’s no minimum — even a single piece. We’ll point you to the right method even if it’s not the one you originally asked about.
